Description
This wild product is from the Atlantic, and each piece weighs between 1-2kg. These crabs can be found in depths of 1,500 to 2,000 feet. The shell is fairly soft and easily ripped.

Crabs, like all other shellfish, are high in chromium, which helps insulin metabolise sugar and thus lowers blood glucose levels. These shellfish are high in omega-3 fatty acids and selenium, which acts as an antioxidant and cancels out the carcinogenic effects of cadmium, mercury, and arsenic, all of which cause tumours in humans.
