Due to the larger size of the charcoal pieces, it is ideal for use in Tandoori and Turkish BBQ ovens. It burns at a consistent hot temperature for longer periods of time.
Smoke Exempt – Produces less smoke and spitting than other charcoals! Ideal for professional caterers or home BBQs. Packed in a box for easy storage and transportation. There is no longer a plastic liner inside because we want to be the only charcoal provider without one because it is better for the environment.
